닭전[Chicken_Jeon]


오늘은 부드럽고 풍미 가득한 카레 닭 다리살 구이를 만들어 보겠습니다. 우유에 재워 부드러워진 닭 다리살에 카레가루와 청양고추, 깻잎을 더해 매콤하고 고소한 맛을 살렸습니다. 한 입 크기로 손쉽게 즐길 수 있어, 반찬이나 간식으로 딱 좋은 메뉴입니다.


재료   


닭 다리살 650g, 우유 1컵, 전분 6큰술 ,맛술 3큰술 ,치킨스톡 1큰술 ,카레가루 1큰술 ,다진 마늘 1큰술 ,소금 1/3큰술 ,
다진 청양고추 2개, 깻잎 약간, 후추 약간, 식용유

 

만들기 


1. 닭 다리살을 우유에 20분간 재워서 잡내를 제거해 주세요.


2. 우유에 재운 닭 다리살을 물에 헹궈 물기를 제거해 주세요.


3. 닭 다리살에 맛술, 카레가루, 치킨스톡, 다진 마늘, 소금, 후추, 전분을 넣고 골고루 버무려주세요.


4. 다진 청양고추와 깻잎을 넣고 가볍게 섞어주세요.


5. 달군 팬에 식용유를 두르고 닭 다리살을 앞뒤로 노릇하게 지져주세요.


6. 중약불로 줄여 서서히 익혀주며 속까지 잘 익도록 합니다.

The chicken is soaked in milk to enhance tenderness, then coated with curry powder, chili, and perilla leaves for a delicious, slightly spicy taste. It’s easy to enjoy in bite-sized pieces, making it perfect as a main dish or snack.

 

Ingredient

 

650g chicken thighs, 1 cup milk, 6 tablespoons cornstarch, 3 tablespoons cooking wine, 1 tablespoon chicken stock powder, 1 tablespoon curry powder, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, 1/3 tablespoon salt, 2 chopped green chili peppers,
A bit of perilla leaves, A pinch of pepper, Cooking oil


Making


1. Soak the chicken thighs in milk for 20 minutes to remove any odors.


2. Rinse the soaked chicken thighs and pat them dry.


3. In a bowl, mix the chicken thighs with cooking wine, curry powder, chicken stock powder, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and cornstarch until well coated.


4. Add the chopped green chili peppers and perilla leaves, and mix gently.


5. Heat cooking oil in a pan and fry the chicken thighs until golden brown on both sides.


6. Reduce to medium-low heat and cook slowly until the chicken is thoroughly cooked.
