토마토 가지볶음 [Tomato Eggplant Stir-Fry]

 

오늘은 간단하고 맛있는 토마토 가지볶음을 만들어 볼 거예요. 이 요리는 가지와 토마토의 신선한 맛에 매콤한 청양고추와 향긋한 참기름이 더해져 누구나 쉽게 즐길 수 있는 반찬입니다. 건강에도 좋은 이 요리는 밥과 함께 먹기에도 좋아요.

 

재료   


가지 3개, 토마토 1개, 다진 마늘 1큰술, 진간장 3큰술, 설탕 반큰술, 소금 1/3큰술, 청양고추 1개, 파 약간, 요리당 1큰술,
참기름 약간, 깨소금 약간, 후추 약간, 식용유

 

만들기


1. 토마토와 가지를 적당한 크기로 썰어주세요.


2. 팬에 식용유를 두르고 다진 마늘과 가지를 중불에서 볶아주세요.


3. 가지가 약간 숨이 죽으면 진간장을 넣고 볶아주세요.


4. 토마토를 넣고 살짝 볶아주세요.


5. 식용유가 부족하면 더 추가해주세요.


6. 설탕, 소금, 청양고추, 후추, 파를 넣고 살짝 볶아주세요.


7. 가지와 토마토가 무르지 않도록 오래 볶지 마세요.


8. 기호에 맞게 간을 조절해주세요.


9. 마지막으로 참기름, 깨소금, 요리당을 넣고 잘 버무린 후 불을 꺼주세요.

Ingredient


3 eggplants, 1 tomato, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, 3 tablespoons soy sauce, 1/2 tablespoon sugar, 1/3 tablespoon salt, 1 green chili pepper, A bit of green onion, 1 tablespoon cooking syrup, A bit of sesame oil, A bit of sesame seeds, A pinch of pepper, Cooking oil

 

Making

 

1. Cut the tomato and eggplants into appropriate sizes.

2. Heat cooking oil in a pan and stir-fry the minced garlic and eggplants over medium heat.

3. When the eggplants start to soften, add the soy sauce and continue stir-frying.

4. Add the tomato and stir-fry lightly.

5. Add more oil if needed.

6. Add sugar, salt, green chili, pepper, and green onion, and stir-fry briefly.

7. Be careful not to overcook to keep the eggplants and tomatoes from becoming too soft.

8. Adjust the seasoning to taste.

9. Finally, add sesame oil, sesame seeds, and cooking syrup, mix well, and turn off the heat.
