얼갈이 배추 무침(Spicy Cabbage Salad)

얼갈이배추 300g, 고추장 1Tbs, 고춧가루 2Tbs, 마늘 1Tbs (다진 것), 설탕 1tsp, 소금 1/2tsp, 참기름 1Tbs, 식초 1Tbs, 깨소금 약간


만들기

1. 얼갈이 배추를 깨끗이 씻어 체에 받쳐 물기를 빼세요.


2. 고추장, 고춧가루, 다진 마늘, 설탕, 소금, 참기름, 식초를 넣고 잘 섞어 양념장을 만듭니다.


3. 얼갈이 배추에 양념장을 골고루 버무려주세요.


4. 마지막으로 깨소금을 뿌려 풍미를 더하세요.

Making


1. Rinse the spicy cabbage thoroughly and let the water drain in a colander.

3. Thoroughly mix the seasoning sauce with the cabbage.
