간장삼겹살(Soy Sauce Pork Belly)

 

간장 삼겹살은 진한 간장 베이스의 양념에 냉동삼겹살을 적셔 굽는 간단한 요리입니다. 매콤달콤한 맛이 삼겹살의 고소함과 잘 어우러져, 밥반찬으로도 좋고 술안주로도 제격이죠. 집에서 간편하게 한식의 깊은 맛을 즐길 수 있어서 좋습니다.

 

재료   


냉동 삼겹살 600g, 진간장 반컵, 매실청 1/4컵, 맛술 1/4컵, 멸치액젓 1Tbs, 다진마늘 2Tbs, 다진파 반컵, 유자청 1&1/2Tbs, 후추, 설탕 약간, 매실청 3Tbs, 고춧가루 3Tbs, 멸치액젓 1Tbs, 깨소금, 파 2개


만들기

1. 삼겹살을 냉동 상태에서 해동시킵니다.

2. 진간장, 매실청, 맛술, 멸치액젓, 다진마늘, 다진파, 유자청, 후추를 넣고 양념장을 만듭니다.

3. 추가로 파, 고춧가루, 매실청, 멸치액젓, 설탕, 깨소금을 넣고 잘 섞습니다.

4. 양념 간장에 해동된 삼겹살을 잠깐 담갔다가 꺼냅니다.

5. 뜨겁게 달군 팬에 삼겹살을 앞뒤로 굽습니다.

Ingredient


600g frozen pork belly, 1/2 cup soy sauce, 1/4 cup plum extract, 1/4 cup cooking wine, 1 Tbs fish sauce, 2 Tbs minced garlic, 1/2 cup chopped green onions, 1&1/2 Tbs yuja (citron) tea, pepper, a bit of sugar, 3 Tbs plum extract, 3 Tbs chili powder, 1 Tbs fish sauce, sesame seeds, 2 green onions

 

Making


1. Thaw the pork belly from its frozen state.

 

2. Combine soy sauce, plum extract, cooking wine, fish sauce, minced garlic, chopped green onions, yuja tea, and pepper to make the marinade.

 

3. Add additional green onions, chili powder, plum extract, fish sauce, sugar, and sesame seeds, and mix well.

 

4. Briefly marinate the thawed pork belly in the soy sauce mixture, then remove.

 

5. Heat a pan and grill the pork belly on both sides.
