깻잎찜
밥도둑인 밑반찬이 세상에는 많이 있지만, 깻잎찜 역시 밥도둑에는 빠질수 없는 반찬인것 같아요. 흰 쌀밥에 깻잎을 감싸서 먹으면
정말 밥이 어디로 사라졌는지 모르게 금방 사라져있죠. 오늘은 전자렌지를 사용하여 정말 쉽고 간단하게 만드는 깻잎찜을 소개해드릴게요.
재료
깻잎 30장, 진간장 2Ts, 고춧가루 2 1/2Ts, 매실청 2Ts, 설탕 1/2Ts, 액젓 1/2Ts, 다시마
다진마늘 1Ts, 파 반대, 참기름, 깨소금, 식초
만들기
1. 반컵의 물에 다시마를 30분 정도 우려내 주세요.
3. 물에 약간의 식초를 붓고 깻잎을 5분간 담가 농약성분을 제거해주세요.

Ingredient
30 Perilla leaf, 2Ts of Dark soy sauce, 2 and half Ts of chili powder, 2Ts of Plum extract, 1/2 Ts of Sugar, 1/2 Ts of fish sauce, kelp
1Ts of Grined garlic, half of spring onion, sesame oil, grined sesame, vinegar
1.Soak kelp in 1/2 cup water for 30 minutes.
2. Leave about 1cm of the stalk end of a perilla leaves and cut them.
3. Pour some vinegar into water and soak sesame leaf for 5 minutes to remove the pesticide ingredient.
4. Wash perilla leaves clean front and back and then sieve the water out.
5. Add green onion, thick soy sauce, chopped garlic, red pepper powder, green plum sauce, 1 Tsu of kelp water, sesame oil, sesame oil, salted fish, and sugar.
6. Put two sheets of perilla leaves on each side and add seasoning.
7. Cover with plastic wrap and return to microwave for 2 minutes.
