반숙 두부조림[ Braised Tofu ]
두부조림은 프라이팬에 기름을 두르고 살짝 지진 두부를 졸여서 만드는 요리에요. 매콤달달하고 두부의 바삭한 식감때문에 남녀노소 모두 즐기는 요린데요, 오늘은 반숙을 넣어 그 맛을 더 업그레이드 해 보았어요.
재료
두부 1kg, 멸치 7마리, 양파 1개, 표고버섯 6개, 달걀, 다진마늘 2Ts, 대파 반개, 다시마
진간장 3Ts, 쌀엿 2Ts, 설탕 1/3Ts, 고춧가루 3Ts, 청고추 1, 홍고추 1개, 들기름, 식용유, 쌀뜨물 2컵
[English Recipe]
The tofu stew is made by dissipating the baked tofu in a frying pan. The spicy, sweet and crispy texture of tofu makes it a dish for adults and women of all ages. Today, we added soft-boiled eggs to upgrade the taste.
Ingredient
1Kg of bean curd, 7 anchovies, 1 onion, 6 shiitake mushroom, egg, 2Ts of grined garlic, half of spring onion, kelp
3Ts of thick soy sauce, 2Ts of starch syrup, 1.3Ts of sugar, 3Ts of chili powder, 1 green chili pepper, 1 red chili pepper, perilla oil, cooking oil, 2 cup of used water from washing rice
Recipe
1. Cut tofu into 6 mm thick pieces and place on a kitchen towel and sprinkle with a little salt to dehydrate and season.
2. Soak dried shiitake mushrooms in cold water for 15 minutes.
3. Add thick soy sauce, starch syrup, sugar, red pepper, and chopped garlic.
4. Slice shiitake, onion, red pepper, and green onion into regular sizes.
5. Stir-fry anchovies lightly in a dry pan to remove the fishy smell.
10. Place eggs on chopped tofu and cover with a lid just to boil.
