홈메이드 요거트 아이스크림 [Homemade Yogurt Ice Cream]


요즘 요거트 아이스크림이 아주 인기더라구요. 하지만 집에 몇가지 재료만 있다면 굳이 비싸게 시켜먹지 않아도, 원할때마다 먹을 수 있는 레시피를 제가 가지고 왔어요 :D 만들어놓으면 집에 있는 과자와 과일을 부숴서 언제든 드실 수 있어요.  


재료   

 

요거트 파우더 200g, 우유 400ml, 생크림 200ml, 소금 약간 ,레몬즙 2큰술, 통곡물 시리얼, 과일 (예: 바나나, 복숭아), 메이플 시럽 또는 꿀

 

만들기 


1. 요거트 파우더, 우유, 생크림, 레몬즙, 소금을 한데 넣고 잘 섞이도록 믹스해주세요.


2. 혼합물을 냉동실에 3~4시간 동안 냉동해주세요.


3. 완성된 아이스크림 위에 통곡물 시리얼과 바나나, 복숭아 등을 올려주세요.


4. 집에 있는 과일을 얹어 취향에 맞게 꾸며주세요.


5. 꿀이나 메이플 시럽, 초코 시럽 등을 뿌려 마무리해주세요.

I've got a simple recipe for you that allows you to have delicious yogurt ice cream on hand at all times. Once you’ve made it, you can top it with crushed cookies or fresh fruits you have at home for a perfect treat anytime!

 

Ingredient


200g yogurt powder, 400ml milk, 200ml fresh cream, A pinch of salt, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, Whole grain cereal ,Fruits (e.g., banana, peach), Maple syrup or honey

 

Making


1. In a bowl, mix yogurt powder, milk, fresh cream, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt until well combined.


2. Freeze the mixture in the freezer for 3-4 hours.


3. Once the ice cream is ready, top it with whole grain cereal, banana, and peach slices.


4. Add any other fruits you have at home to decorate.


5. Finish by drizzling with honey, maple syrup, or chocolate syrup.
